LATE ARRIVALS

We understand that delays can happen, and we aim to accommodate all our clients as best as possible. A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. If you arrive within this timeframe, we will do our best to complete your service within the remaining scheduled time. However, arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being rescheduled or marked as a no-show, at which point our cancellation policy and applicable fees will apply. CANCELLATIONS
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Failure to provide adequate notice or missing your appointment without prior communication will be considered a no-show, and an non refundable administration fee will apply. This policy helps us respect the time of our team and other clients. Please note that all payments are non-refundable, including deposits or prepayments.
